Goal

Approve only real partners with valid contacts and clear accountability. Keep audit trail clean.

Checklist

  1. Confirm partner identity and business details.
  2. Validate mobile number and email (for OTP and support).
  3. Confirm partner type and scope (CSC / service / business).
  4. Confirm who is approving (Branch staff name) and record date/time.
  5. Set partner status from pending to approved (or active if your policy requires it).
Status vocabulary may include approved and active. In operational checks, treat approved as active-equivalent unless your policy says otherwise.
