Checklist
- Confirm partner identity and business details.
- Validate mobile number and email (for OTP and support).
- Confirm partner type and scope (CSC / service / business).
- Confirm who is approving (Branch staff name) and record date/time.
- Set partner status from
pending to approved (or active if your policy requires it).
Status vocabulary may include approved and active. In operational checks, treat approved as active-equivalent unless your policy says otherwise.
Common mistakes
- Approving without verifying contact details.
- Approving but not linking/assigning correct branch/routing workflow.
- Not recording who approved and when (weak audit trail).
