Assisted Booking - Parcel

Steps

1. Select Parcel module.
2. Enter sender and receiver details accurately.
3. Enter parcel details (weight/category/size) correctly.
4. Confirm charges and service level.
5. Create booking and note booking_reference.
6. Collect payment and confirm success.
7. Print/issue booking slip if applicable.

Common mistakes

• Wrong weight/category (billing and label mismatch).
• Wrong receiver mobile/address.
• Missing or unreadable packaging details.
