Steps
Select the correct Service module.
Enter customer details carefully (mobile/name/address where required).
Select service options and confirm charges.
Create booking and note
booking_reference
.
Collect payment using allowed method.
Confirm payment success.
Provide receipt/reference to customer.
Common mistakes
Wrong customer mobile (causes OTP/support mismatch).
Wrong address or service option.
Do not mark "paid" unless payment is confirmed.
