Commission lists are read-only for distributors.
Every dispute must include
booking_reference
+ screenshot evidence.
If routing fields are wrong, fix workflow first (do not request DB edits).
Commission basics (for coordination)
Commission records usually follow a simple status flow:
pending
: recorded but not credited yet.
credited
: successfully applied/settled.
reversed
: rolled back due to cancellation, failure, or policy reason.
Targets (quality-based)
Fewer routing errors (correct
post_office_code
and branch assignment).
Fewer disputes due to missing evidence or unclear references.
Consistent status usage across Partner and CSC records.
Dispute handling (safe workflow)
Collect
booking_reference
and screenshots (receipt, status page).
Check if Partner/CSC mapping and routing were correct at booking time.
Run audits and save JSON with timestamp.
Escalate to Admin/Tech with the evidence bundle.
