Quick Checklist

  • Commission lists are read-only for distributors.
  • Every dispute must include booking_reference + screenshot evidence.
  • If routing fields are wrong, fix workflow first (do not request DB edits).

Commission records usually follow a simple status flow:

  1. Collect booking_reference and screenshots (receipt, status page).
  2. Check if Partner/CSC mapping and routing were correct at booking time.
  3. Run audits and save JSON with timestamp.
  4. Escalate to Admin/Tech with the evidence bundle.
