Role in the system
A Distributor is a coordination and quality-control role. You help keep the Partner and CSC
network clean: correct routing fields, correct branch alignment, and consistent status usage.
Alignment
- District: policy and routing oversight.
- Branch Office: operational approvals and local routing.
- Partner: business owner responsible for one or more CSC centers.
- CSC: field operator executing assisted bookings.
What you can do (safe actions)
- Review and report inconsistencies using audits and screenshots.
- Coordinate branch assignment corrections via the authorized panel workflows.
- Train and enforce operational checklists (activation rules, daily discipline).
What you must NOT do
- Do not request or perform direct DB edits (no schema, no data edits).
- Do not "fix" a dispute without evidence: always capture
booking_reference.
- Do not approve activation if routing is incomplete (missing
post_office_code).
