Official Contact Scope

A contact shown as “Verified Official” is verified only for its displayed purpose scope. For example, authorization for business communication does not automatically mean recruitment authority, payment-collection authority, employment authority, or authorization for every IDSA function. Always check the purpose shown in the verification registry.

Reported / Not Verified Status

Public verification registry status is informational. “Not verified as an IDSA representative” means IDSA has not verified the contact for the claimed role or purpose. It is not, by itself, a criminal finding, police determination, or court finding. Reported case information may be reviewed or updated as evidence changes.

Directory and Business Listings

Directory, listing, or profile presence does not automatically mean endorsement, guaranteed quality, creditworthiness, legal compliance, or future performance. Users should perform reasonable due diligence before relying on listing information.

Verification and KYC Boundaries

Verification, KYC, and document checks are scoped to the evidence and process used. They do not guarantee identity beyond checked evidence, future conduct, service quality, financial capacity, ongoing compliance, or business success.

Marketplace and Third-Party Services

IDSA may facilitate discovery, communication, enquiries, listings, bookings, or service connections. Third-party businesses and service providers remain responsible for their own claims, pricing, quality, legality, and performance unless IDSA itself is the express contracting party.

Payments

Payment gateway, bank, UPI, or network availability may depend on third parties. Users should verify the recipient/payee and official purpose before transferring money.

User-Generated Content

Business profiles, listings, reviews, messages, documents, and other user submissions may be user-generated. IDSA may moderate or remove content but does not pre-approve every user statement.

Content Accuracy

Information such as phone numbers, addresses, prices, availability, service scope, and business details may change. Users should verify time-sensitive information before relying on it.

External Links

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. IDSA does not control their availability or content.

Security and Availability

Reasonable security controls are used, but no website, app, or communication system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

Government Identity
