Additional Safety, Verification & Platform Clauses

The clauses below extend the core terms and clarify the platform's role, verification scope, and user responsibilities.

11) Platform Identity & Role

  • A “verified”, “active” or “listed” status is informational only and may change based on review or risk signals.
  • Users must independently verify counterparties before entering financial, business or service commitments.

14) Marketplace / Service Intermediary

  • Where IDSA enables connections, leads, listings, bookings or assistance flows, it acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the underlying contract between users.
  • Pricing, scope, delivery and quality of third-party services are the responsibility of the respective service provider or vendor.
