- IDSA may apply workflow validation, moderation, and quality checks.
4) Payment, Billing, and Refunds
- Paid modules follow declared pricing and applicable GST.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed per module policy and verification status.
- Chargeback or abuse attempts may result in account and feature restrictions.
5) App Workflow Terms
- App-style panels are provided on best-effort availability basis.
- Critical actions may require verification checkpoints or role approvals.
- Feature flags can enable/disable modules without prior individual notice.
6) IDSA Chat Acceptable Use
- No harassment, threats, hate content, illegal sharing, or unsolicited spam.

7) Intellectual Property
All platform code, design systems, branding assets, and service frameworks are protected. Unauthorized reuse, copying, or resale is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDSA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for direct claims is limited to the service value paid for the specific module in dispute.
9) Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws applicable in India. Jurisdiction and dispute handling follow the legal venue of the entity's registered operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
